Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa All Inclusive, Akumal

Our stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to the beach with some beautiful views. The amenities, like the lazy river and the beach, were great for family fun. However, the service left a lot to be desired, and our initial accommodation issues really dampened our experience. Overall, it offers decent value for money, but I wouldn't recommend it for families with young children due to the size of the resort and the service inconsistencies.

The Grand Sirenis is a massive resort with a beautiful beach and plenty of greenery, making it a perfect family-friendly destination. The staff is genuinely friendly, and there's an amazing variety of food options available. However, some service aspects like room cleaning could use improvement, and the air conditioning in dining areas was lacking. The overall experience was fantastic, especially thanks to the lively entertainment and wonderful wildlife around.

However, the soundproofing in the rooms needs improvement as I was disturbed by noise from the corridor on several nights. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and I would definitely return.
